The Arbitration Agency handles (1) a case in which the pleader is a player or a group of players or a sport team or a group of sport teams against the sport association, and (2) a case in which a decision or an action for settlement, etc. made by Japanese Olympic Committee, Japan Amateur Sports Association, Japan Sports Association for the Disabled and their membership or semi-membership sport associations is disputed.
